Statistical Analysis Board : In a move that was a long time coming, we finally added a board devoted strictly to statistical analysis. One of the first threads on there is whether slow pace helps teams play better defense and therefore win. Over the past few seasons, slow-paced teams have reached the playoffs 71% of the time, compared to 45% for medium and fast-paced teams, which was much wider than I expected.
